DEMOGRAPHICS
Garden Oaks is uniquely diversified community composed of people with different socio- economic and educational backgrounds. The school population is 8.2% African-American, 69.4% Hispanic, 20.6% White, and 1.6% Asian. Of this total population, 28% students are in the Montessori program. The student body of 630 children is distributed among 35 teachers.
